Description
ZYYX Flex60D™ is a flexible filament suitable for printing everything from shoe sole prototypes to RC Car tires. ZYYX Flex60D™ has a Shore hardness of approximately 60D (roughly corresponding to 95A-100A). You can vary the hardness of the printed model, depending on application, by varying the infill percentage and number of outer shells of ZYYX Flex60D™ applied (easily done in the profile settings for Simplify3D).
When printing with ZYYX Flex60D™ the use of ZYYX SoftSpring™ is highly recommended to ensure stable extrusion. The ZYYX SoftSpring™ is not needed for ZYYX Pro II and printers with upgraded drive system.
